Women Who ROCK Nashville was founded by Dr. Tanya Davis, an accomplished Author, Entrepreneur, Producer, and National Spokeswoman. The organization was established with the aim of recognizing the achievements of women from all walks of life, from hidden figures to high profilers. Our goal is to provide a platform that brings awareness to the incredible women who make Nashville rock, spanning various fields such as entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, politics, activism, cancer survival, domestic violence survival, recovery, entertainment, organizations, and more.

However, Women Who ROCK Nashville has evolved into much more than just a recognition platform. We empower individuals to make a significant difference in their own lives and in the lives of those who are often overlooked or marginalized in society. Through the organization, we host remarkable fundraisers and benefit events, using the proceeds to support the day-to-day operations of 501C3 organizations. These organizations provide vital programs and services such as outreach ministry, support group meetings, mentoring programs, book publishing initiatives, and training opportunities. Our collective efforts contribute to making Nashville and its surrounding cities better places to live.

Furthermore, Women Who ROCK Nashville is committed to achieving additional goals. We want to create scholarships for young women, offering them educational opportunities and a path towards success. Additionally, we have establish A Love of Hope program for women in need, through our non-profit. We also strive to bridge the employment gap for women who have a felony on their record, recognizing that this hurdle often restricts their access to opportunities.
