Oxford House – Recovery Housing for Adult... 
Oxford Houses are safe, supportive housing options for adults at least 18 years old who are in recovery from alcohol abuse and/or drug abuse. Individuals must be motivated to live in a disciplined, supportive, alcohol- and drug-free living environment and able to gain employment or receive some type of legitimate financial assistance. Residents pay a weekly fee that includes rent, utilities, cable, and internet connection. The fee varies between $80 and $110 per week, depending on the location.

Adult Substance Abuse Treatment...
Adult Substance Abuse Treatment is for adults with an alcohol or drug dependency, or adults with a co-occurring substance use and a psychiatric diagnosis.  You can find a treatment provider in your area using the directory at this link.
Services include:
  • Outpatient
  • Intensive Outpatient
  • Partial Hospitalization
  • Halfway House
  • Residential
  • Social Detox and Medically Monitored Detox
You Are Eligible If:
  • You have no financial means of obtaining services
  • You have no other financial means of obtaining the services available through this program
  • You are not enrolled in Tennessee’s Medicaid program, Tenn Care
  • You do not have any other third party health benefits payor source
  • You have depleted your Tenn Care or other third party alcohol and drug abuse treatment benefits limit
  • You meet the one hundred thirty-three percent federal poverty guidelines as set by the United States Department of Health and Human Services

Treatment for Pregnant Women Abusing Substances...
Individuals who are pregnant, intravenous drug users, abusing substances, and in medically-monitored withdrawal management may be eligible for prevention, treatment, and recovery support services and activities.
Priority admissions to licensed treatment agencies are:
  • Pregnant Intravenous Drug Users
  • Pregnant Substance Users
  • Intravenous Drug Users
  • Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management (Crisis Detoxification)
Services target adolescents and adults in need of treatment and/or recovery support services including detoxification, outpatient treatment, and HIV outreach.
Services are evidence-based and culturally competent for individuals such as children of substance-abusing parents, children with incarcerated parents, children in foster care, and county-level coalitions that foster community environments discouraging substance misuse and abuse.

HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Services...
While more people today are living with HIV, many are still unaware of their infection and are at risk of transmitting the disease to others. Through early intervention, by getting tested, individuals can help reduce the rate of infections. Early intervention services are available to individuals in alcohol and drug abuse treatment and recovery programs to help prevent people from transmitting HIV or being infected.
Available Services:
  • Short term counseling for individuals and families
  • Educational activities to groups
  • Oral Rapid HIV testing to individuals, including pre- and post-test counseling
  • Referrals to social and medical services
  • Ongoing training activities to increase the knowledge of HIV and AIDS for professional staff at each alcohol and drug abuse treatment service provider and recovery support provider as well as public upon request​

​The Problem Gambling Outreach, Education, & Referrals Program is a service for individuals and their families who have experienced problems with compulsive gambling.  The program provides education and resources about problem gambling and gambling addiction which increase public awareness and identifies individuals who may be at risk.
A 24-hour referral hotline provides information to callers about services which provide assessment and outpatient treatment to those individuals and families seeking problem gambling and gambling addiction services.
